No nominations from anyone who is not a member of the M.A.C. will be accepted. Player must be classified as a senior and eligible to graduate on regular graduation date. YOU MUST PROVIDE COMPLETE & ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR EACH PLAYER. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO SEND IN NOMINATIONS!!
